You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any card or other payment method used in connection with a Purchase, and that the information you provide is true, correct and complete.

To process payments, we use a third-party payment service provider (bank/card processor). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to share it with that provider, subject to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product or service unavailability, errors in the product description or price, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

To improve the quality of our service, resolve issues, gather feedback and maintain security, incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded, stored and processed.

skcollection.ge cannot verify the truthfulness of information a user provides, including their age. If we learn that a registered user is a minor and does not have their legal representative's consent to use the website, we may disregard the information they provided. We share personal data with partner courier companies to deliver purchased products to the address the user specifies — namely order details, name, address and contact number, used only for delivery. Data may also be shared where required by Georgian law, for the detection, investigation or prevention of crime.

We may use a user's name and e-mail address for direct marketing based on their interests — to offer relevant products, services or updates by e-mail, postal address or phone — and may share that information with third parties who provide advertising services to us under contract. Beyond the cases above, skcollection.ge will only share personal information with third parties where required by Georgian law.

After selecting products, the user is directed to the bank's secure payment page to enter their card details and confirm the transfer. skcollection.ge does not have access to the user's bank card data — we only receive confirmation that payment was made.

skcollection.ge is responsible for the confidentiality and security of the user's personal data, and stores it only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose set out in this policy and required by law.

Protecting the confidential information users provide is important to skcollection.ge. A user's profile is only accessible via the username and password they choose — please do not share this information with third parties; skcollection.ge is not responsible if you do. We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee against unlawful access to our servers by third parties and are not responsible for such acts.
